HR & OPERATIONS COORDINATOR
Originally from Oklahoma and now proudly based in Midland, Texas, Darla grew up speaking English as her first language. She began learning Spanish in school and has continued growing her skills through engaging study and real-life experiences that sparked a lasting interest in language and culture! Darla holds bachelor’s degrees in Management and in Human Resource Management from the University of Central Oklahoma (UCO). Now serving as the HR and Operations Coordinator for Freestyle, she brings energy, organization, and a people-first mindset to every part of her role! With a strong background in human connection and team development, she’s passionate about creating supportive, inspiring environments where both learners and colleagues can thrive.
Outside of work, Darla loves exploring new restaurants, playing with her puppy, and spending time with her husband. She’s excited to be part of Freestyle’s vibrant learning community, where authentic connection, curiosity, and joy in learning are at the heart of everything!
