Born and raised in South Texas (aka Rio Grande Valley area), Ramiro grew up bilingual speaking both English and Spanish. Ramiro moved to Austin after graduating from high school to attend the University of Texas at Austin where he earned a B.B.A in International Business with a minor in French and a B.A. in Russian, East European, and Eurasian Studies with a focus on Russian Language. During his undergraduate studies, he took up the challenge of learning French and Russian simultaneously while studying business. He studied abroad twice, one time in Moscow, Russia and the other time in Paris, France. Ramiro is a polyglot at heart. In his spare time, Ramiro enjoys listening to music in all languages, especially in Russian and Bulgarian, working out, watching 90s TV shows, and exploring new places. Ramiro joined Freestyle in late July 2019 as Operations Manager. Given the fast growth at Freestyle, he transitioned to a brand new role as the first HR Manager and Financial Analyst in August 2020.
